Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of a hair accessory and the drool nature of a baby as well as the current state of germs and illness. We do not currently accept returns. HOWEVER if there is some sort of problem with the bows you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship same or next day via first class mail which takes between 2-5 business days in the US. If you have any issues with delayed shipping, please contact us.
